Editor's Note: A Hami melon promotional event was held June 14 to 15 at the Art Focus Gallery and Central Square in Beijing's 798 Art Zone. Organized by the Publicity Department of the Hami Municipal Party Committee and co-organized by the China International Culture & Image Communication Corporation (CIC), the event served as a prelude to the 19th Hami Melon Festival, which will take place this July in Hami, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.
