A senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official said in Beijing on Sunday that communication and cooperation with major political parties in Russia would be increased, as party-to-party relations play an important role.
While meeting with D. Rogozin, chairman of Russia’s Motherland Party, Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, said development of the strategic cooperative partnership between China and Russia is satisfactory.
Rogozin said promoting state-to-state relations by developing party-to-party relations is a major feature of China-Russia relations.
The Motherland Party will take this visit as an opportunity to work for further friendly exchange and pragmatic cooperation between the two countries, he added.
