Bank of China (BOC), a leading Chinese commercial bank, which has plans for listing on the Hong Kong and New York stock exchanges in the near future, announced on Sunday that it will recruit internationally to fill 25 high-level positions.
The deadline for the application is June 15, according to BOC Spokesman Wang Zhaowen. Positions include 12 department heads at BOC Headquarters and leaders of two provincial-level branches
This is BOC's second international recruitment drive for senior personnel.
The recruitment drive, aimed at including foreign professionals into the fold, is one of the ways in which BOC hopes to accelerate its reform and development, Wang said.
