Green development

As one of the development concepts, green development highlights the importance of harmony between man and nature. Under the 13th Five-year Plan (2016-2020), heightened attention will be given to an eco-friendly approach to development in order to preserve harmony between man and nature. The process of designating functional regions will be accelerated. Efforts will be stepped up to promote low-carbon and circular development, conservation and efficient utilization of resources, and environmental protection, and safeguard China’s ecological security. It is imperative to build an economic structure conducive to green, low-carbon and circular development, and incorporate an eco-conservation perspective into every facet of economic, political, cultural, and social development. Our goal is: the land we inherit will remain blessed with green mountains, clear waters, and fresh air.

綠色發(fā)展

作為"五大發(fā)展理念"之一，綠色發(fā)展注重的是解決人與自然和諧相處的問題。"十三五"期間，中國(guó)將遵循綠色發(fā)展理念，在促進(jìn)人與自然和諧共生，加快建設(shè)主體功能區(qū)，推動(dòng)低碳循環(huán)發(fā)展，全面節(jié)約和高效利用資源，加大環(huán)境治理力度，筑牢生態(tài)安全屏障等六個(gè)方面下功夫，推動(dòng)建立綠色低碳循環(huán)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，致力于把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)融入經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)建設(shè)的各方面和全過程，以期讓中華大地青山常在、綠水長(zhǎng)流、藍(lán)天永駐。
