解決區(qū)域性整體貧困

解決區(qū)域性整體貧困，是中共十八屆五中全會(huì)明確2020年打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)的一項(xiàng)目標(biāo)任務(wù)。就是以習(xí)近平關(guān)于扶貧開發(fā)的重要思想為根本遵循，圍繞“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局，牢固樹立并切實(shí)貫徹創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的發(fā)展理念，充分發(fā)揮政治優(yōu)勢(shì)和制度優(yōu)勢(shì)，把精準(zhǔn)扶貧、精準(zhǔn)脫貧作為基本方略，堅(jiān)持扶貧開發(fā)與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展相互促進(jìn)，堅(jiān)持精準(zhǔn)幫扶與集中連片特殊困難地區(qū)開發(fā)緊密結(jié)合，堅(jiān)持扶貧開發(fā)與生態(tài)保護(hù)并重，堅(jiān)持扶貧開發(fā)與社會(huì)保障有效銜接，咬定青山不放松，采取超常規(guī)舉措，拿出過硬辦法，舉全黨全社會(huì)之力，確保國(guó)家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下農(nóng)村貧困人口實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧，貧困縣全部摘帽，完成解決區(qū)域性整體貧困的底線任務(wù)。

Eliminating Overall Regional Poverty

Eliminating overall regional poverty is one of the goals for 2020, set by the 18th CPC Central Committee at its fifth plenary session in 2015.

Guided by Xi Jinping's thought on poverty alleviation, China has followed the Four-pronged Comprehensive Strategy, implementing an innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared approach to development. It has leveraged its political and institutional strengths and taken targeted measures in poverty alleviation. It advances poverty alleviation in tandem with economic and social progress, coordinates targeted poverty alleviation with the development of contiguous poverty-stricken areas, and gives equal emphasis to poverty alleviation and eco-environmental conservation. It also coordinates poverty alleviation with social security programs.

With firm determination, unique intensity, and effective measures, China has mobilized efforts and resources nationwide and Party-wide to ensure that all those living below the current poverty line are lifted out of poverty, that all poor counties get rid of poverty, and that overall regional poverty is eliminated as scheduled.
