Boao Forum for Asia

The Boao Forum for Asia is an international organization headquartered in China which now welcomes participation from 29 member countries after its formal establishment in February 2001. Its purpose is to promote economic integration in Asia. The forum regularly holds its annual meeting in Boao, Hainan Province, and aims to provide a high-level dialogue platform for governments, enterprises, experts, and scholars to discuss economic, social, environmental, and other related issues.

Now, the forum has become a high-level platform for representatives of governments, businesses, and academia from relevant countries in Asia and other continents to conduct dialogue on important issues related to Asia and the world. The forum, based in Asia and oriented towards the world, focuses on economic development and has been actively expanding  to cover fields such as scientific and technological innovation, health, education, culture, and media to contribute to peace, prosperity, and sustainable development in Asia and the world.

博鰲亞洲論壇

博鰲亞洲論壇是一個(gè)總部設(shè)在中國(guó)的國(guó)際組織，由29個(gè)成員國(guó)共同發(fā)起，于2001年2月正式成立，其初衷是促進(jìn)亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化。論壇每年定期在海南博鰲舉行年會(huì)，旨在為政府、企業(yè)及專家學(xué)者提供一個(gè)共商經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境等相關(guān)問(wèn)題的高層對(duì)話平臺(tái)。

目前，論壇已成為亞洲以及其他大洲有關(guān)國(guó)家政府、工商界和學(xué)術(shù)界領(lǐng)袖就亞洲以及全球重要事務(wù)進(jìn)行對(duì)話的高層次平臺(tái)。論壇立足亞洲，面向世界，堅(jiān)持以經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為主線，同時(shí)積極向科技創(chuàng)新、健康、教育、文化、媒體等領(lǐng)域拓展，為亞洲及世界的和平、繁榮與可持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。
