Adjust font size:

Lee Lai Shan, the most successful athlete of Chinese Hong Kong, said here on Wednesday that she hasn't 't decided her future yet.

"This is a long event. I need some rest now," said Lee after finishing fourth in the women's windsurfing Mistral competition atthe Athens Olympics.

"Then I will think about my future," she added.

Lee, 34, snatched Hong Kong's first ever Olympic gold medal as she won the women's Mistral at the Atlanta Games in 1996.

Lee, seeking her second Olympic medal in Athens, was handed a 27-point penalty for foul when starting in race five.

"That affected me a little bit," said Lee. "But I've already tried my best, so I feel OK about the result."

France's Faustine Merret was the final winner on 31 points, andChina's Yin Jian took silver.

Lee gave thumbs-up to Yin who was making her first Olympic appearance.

"She is really excellent. If she works harder, I think, she will be a title favorite at the 2008 Olympics," said Lee.
