Guangdong Southern Tigers lifted the seventh CBA trophy for the fourth consecutive year with an 4-2 aggregate win over Xinjiang Flying Tigers in the best-of seven series of the Chinese Basketball Association league.

With the National Basketball Association in America failing to reach labor agreement, dozens of former NBA players and coaches joined the CBA, leading to the hotly-contested CBA season ever since the launch of league in 1995.
