Goldin Finance 117, developed by Hong Kong based developer Goldin Properties, is located in the new Central Business District of Tianjin. Named after the number of stories within the building, the supertall structure began construction in 2008, and scheduled to be completed in 2015. It will contain 406,000 square meters of internal space with floors 1 to 92 consisting of offices and the upper part occupied by a six-star hotel.
