Wang Youzhi, general manager and co-founder of Sichuan-based hi-tech enterprise Chengdu Guibao, partitioned half of his 18.8 million shares in the company to his ex-wife Yang Limei, a local civil servant, valued at 156 million yuan (US$24.8 million). The transfer made 47-year-old Wang fall from the 2nd largest stockholder to the 3rd, tied with Yang, a newly-born major stockholder. It was later discovered that Wang tied the knot with the daughter of the 2nd largest stockholder Guo Dimin. Yang's stock worth has shrunk nearly 35 percent amid the continuous A-share market fluctuation.
