China, Rwanda vow to write new chapter in bilateral ties
Visiting Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Rwandan counterpart, Paul Kagame, agreed Monday to further promote bilateral cooperation in a bid to bring more benefits to the Chinese, Rwandan and African people.
