U.S. President Barack Obama on Sunday arrived in Los Cabos, a coastal resort in Mexico, in Air Force One to attend the seventh Leaders' Summit of the Group of Twenty, or G20, which opens Monday.

Obama's plane touched down the Los Cabos international airport around 9: 22 pm local time (GMT 0322). In darkness, the U.S. President stepped out of the plane and talked briefly to officials who came to greet him, and then was escorted away by his convoy.

During the summit to be held on Monday and Tuesday, Obama is expected to bustle around with top leaders from the world's twenty most powerful economies.

White House said in a briefing on Friday that Obama will have bilateral talks with Mexican President Felipe Calderon and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday.

Mexico, host nation of the seventh Leaders' Summit of the G20, has established priorities on the G20 agenda, including economic stabilization and structural reforms as foundations for growth and employment, strengthening the global financial system, enhancing food security, and promoting sustainable development, green growth and the fight against climate change.
