- 英國(guó)非營(yíng)利性組織“全球城市商業(yè)聯(lián)盟”近日對(duì)全球15個(gè)城市的房租進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果顯示，北京房租負(fù)擔(dān)排名全球首位，其平均房租約為每月5160元人民幣，是居民平均工資的1.2倍以上。
