- 英國非營利性組織“全球城市商業(yè)聯(lián)盟”近日對全球15個城市的房租進行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果顯示，北京房租負擔排名全球首位，其平均房租約為每月5160元人民幣，是居民平均工資的1.2倍以上。
