| The concept of "family" is extremely important to the Chinese people. It is steeped in thousands of years of Chinese culture and tradition. Large families are especially highly regarded. In recent years, more and more young married couples have chosen to live apart from their parents. However, they still frequently visit their parents, especially during important festivals such as the Mid-autumn Festival and the Spring Festival. |
