我舉一個(gè)德國(guó)的例子，那就是去年德國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)的出口多達(dá)760億歐元，創(chuàng)歷史最高。美國(guó)去年出口下降17%，但是對(duì)中國(guó)的出口僅下降0.22%。

"Taking Germany as an example, its exports to China hit a record high to 76 billion euros last year. The United States saw its total exports down by 17 percent, while its exports to China fell by only 0.22 percent."

2008年7月到2009年2月，也就是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)極為困難的時(shí)期，人民幣并沒(méi)有貶值，而實(shí)際有效匯率升值14.5%。

我對(duì)有些國(guó)家要提高出口的比重予以理解，但是我所不解的是，他們?yōu)榱颂岣弑緡?guó)的出口而貶低本國(guó)的幣值，反過(guò)來(lái)又企圖用施壓的辦法來(lái)強(qiáng)迫別國(guó)的貨幣升值。我以為這種做法是一種貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的做法。

中國(guó)這些年經(jīng)濟(jì)雖然發(fā)展很快，但是由于城鄉(xiāng)不平衡、地區(qū)不平衡，再加上人口多、底子薄，我們確實(shí)還處于發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段。
