According to a report in the Sunday Express, by the time she says "I do" to fiance Jason Trawick on Valentine's Day, she will be in full control of her finances for the first time in almost four years.

After her life spiraled out of control during the months that followed her split from ex-hubby Kevin Federline, her father, James Spears, was granted a court-ordered conservatorship over his daughter's personal and financial affairs.
