Xu Maodong, CEO of Wo Wo Group is known for his excessive and high-profile actions. He laid off dozens of employees illegally after they have made great contributions to the company. He also released the whole name list of job-hopping staff from competitors in his blog to humiliate his competitors, in disregard of the employee's career reputation and future. Besides, in order to assign these people, he sacrificed old employee's interests and dismissed many managers.
