Kevin Tsai is a writer and one of Taiwan's top multimedia celebrities. In 1990, Tsai received his master's degree in TV production from UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television, U.S. He is best known for his humorous presence in co-hosting the TV program "Kangxi Lai Le", together with Dee Hsu. Until today, Tsai has written more than ten books, including best-sellers such as "Happy Diary," "Wandering in LA,and "The Boys Taught Me to Do So."
