Widely considered the Queen of Huawei, one of the world's leading multinational networking and telecommunication equipment company, Sun Yafang is one of the two figures on this list that is in charge of a Global 500 company. During her almost two decades at Huawei, Sun has been credited with creating a management system for the company's human resources department and is known for her business operations management abilities, as well as her savvy in expanding the company's market.

Huawei is now the largest networking and telecommunications equipment supplier in China and the second-largest supplier of mobile telecommunication infrastructure equipment in the world. It serves 45 of the world's 50 largest telecom operators, as well as more than one third of the world's population.
